A teenage girl reported missing from Redfern has been located safe and well.
A 14-year-old girl was reported missing after she was last seen on Bourke Street, Redfern, about 8am yesterday (Wednesday 7 June 2023).
When she could not be located, officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, the girl was located safe and well in Chippendale just after midnight (Thursday 8 June 2023).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
