Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man in relation to a death in Maffra on 19 January.
Emergency services responded to reports of a man found unresponsive at a Mills Street address about 12pm on Monday, 20 January.
The 63-year-old Maffra man was treated at the scene but was unable to be revived.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated, however the death is being treated as suspicious.
This afternoon a 45-year-old Maffra man was arrested in a Seaford Street.
He is currently being interviewed.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
