Doncaster Police have arrested a 32-year-old man following a number of alleged thefts from clothing stores in Doncaster and Melbourne.
It is alleged the Melbourne man stole designer clothes from shopping centres in Doncaster Road, Doncaster and Lonsdale Street, Melbourne over the past year.
The most recent alleged theft occurred on February 11 this year.
The man has been remanded in custody to appear before the Magistrates Court this day.
