Just before 9pm on Thursday 30 January, patrols were called to Berri Road, after a neighbour reported a man loading property from the unoccupied premises into a Mitsubishi sedan parked in the driveway.

Police were quick to respond and located the man inside the house along with a number of items in the Mitsubishi allegedly stolen from the property.

The 48-year-old from Highbury was charged with serious criminal trespass and theft and has been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 13 March.
