Arrest of man wanted in the NT and WA.
Overnight Katherine Police arrested David Gundari in relation to alleged offences in Katherine East in late September 2019 and outstanding NT Warrants of Arrest dating back to 2005.
Katherine Police are also contacting WA Detectives in relation to Gundari failing to appear at a WA court last week.
Gundari remains in NT Police custody on charges relating to the incident in late September 2019 which are:
- Going armed in Public;
- Damage to Property; and
- Riotous behaviour in a Public Place.
Gundari is expected to appear in Katherine Local Court on Thursday 10 October 2019.
