A 33-year-old female Constable from the Northern Region has returned to official duty with the Queensland Police Service after being stood down from duty since 28 August 2019.
The officer was subject of an investigation regarding driving with a blood alcohol concentration over the general alcohol limit but under the mid-range driving limit.
Relevant court proceedings have now been finalised and the officer remains subject to internal disciplinary proceedings.
