Police officer stood downin Brisbane Region

A 56-year-old male sergeant from Brisbane Region has been stood down from duty with the Queensland Police Service.

The officer has been issued with a Notice To Appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on February 12 for one offence of Computer Hacking pursuant to section 408E(2) of the Criminal Code.
