A 27-year-old male Constable from the Central Region has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service, Queensland Police say.
The officer is facing criminal allegations of misconduct in relation to public office and attempting to pervert the course of justice and is to appear in the Mackay Magistrates Court on 14 December 2016.
