Police are investigating following a suspicious fire in Sydney’s east, NSW Police say.
Just before 4am today, emergency services were called to Gilderthorpe Avenue, Randwick, where a boat was found well alight.
Officers from Fire & Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze, however, several items including a Toyota Rav4, a scooter and powerlines were also damaged during the fire.
Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Local Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the fire to contact Crime Stoppers.
