Police probe armed robbery in Cammeray

Police are investigating following an armed robbery in Cammeray yesterday, NSW Police say.

Just after 8pm (Wednesday 3 January 2018), a man armed with a knife entered a store on Miller Street, and threatened the 18-year-old employee.

The man fled on foot in possession of cash from the store.

Officers from North Shore and Harbourside Local Area Command’s attended and established a crime scene.

As inquiries continue, police wish to speak to a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 30-35 years old, about 175 cm tall, of a solid build, and with reddish hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes.

The employee was not physical injured during the robbery.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
