Police probe crash in Roselands

Police are investigating after four pedestrians were injured following a crash at a shopping centre in Roselands this afternoon, NSW Police say.

About 1.30pm today, emergency services were called to the carpark of a shopping centre on Roselands Avenue, following reports of a crash.

Initial investigations suggest a Ford Focus struck a parked Honda 4WD. Following the crash, the Ford struck a number of pedestrians and a number of parked cars.

Four pedestrians - three adults and a child - were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford, an 82-year-old woman, and the driver of the Honda, a 60-year-old woman, were not injured during the incident.

The 82-year-old woman was taken to Campsie Police Station and is assisting with inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing.
