Police Probe Fatal Traffic Crash In Jondaryan

Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating after a man died in a traffic incident at Bowenville overnight.

Investigations indicate the man was walking east on the Warrego Highway around 9.15pm when he was struck by a utility, also travelling east.

The pedestrian, a 40-year-old Nanango man, died at the scene.

The driver of the utility, a 26-year-old Toowoomba man, was not physically injured.

Investigators are appealing for anyone with further information or relevant footage to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
