Police are appealing for public assistance as part of an investigation into an incident on Sydney's bus network.
About 5.30pm on Thursday 20 November 2025, emergency services received a report of an alleged lewd act being performed on a bus travelling between Westmead Hospital and Rouse Hill.
Officers attached to Police Transport Command North West attended and were told a man allegedly committed a lewd act onboard the bus.
As part of inquiries, police have released an image and description of a man they believe can assist with inquiries.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 45 and 50-years-old, with short blond hair, and was wearing glasses.
The man was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, black shorts, beige boots, and long black and orange socks.
