Police probe stabbing in Woolloomooloo

A man has been found in the driveway of a home in Woolloomooloo suffering multiple stab wounds, NSW Police say.

About 11.45pm (Sunday 18 February 2018) a man, believed to be aged in his mid-twenties, was in the driveway of a home on Plunkett Street suffering stab wounds to his arm and leg.

Emergency services were called and the man was treated at the scene before being taken to St Vincent’s Hospital in a critical condition.

A crime scene has been established in Plunkett Street while officers from Kings Cross Police Area Command commence inquiries.

A knife was located in nearby Harmer Street has been seized for forensic examination.
