Police re-appeal to locate man wanted for breaching bail

Police are re-appealing for further information to locate a man wanted for breaches of bail.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Mostafa Baluch – aged 33 – for breaches of bail.

Mostafa was last known to have been on Pittwater Road, Bayview, just before 10.30pm on Monday (25 October 2021).

Detectives from the Organised Crime Squad, assisted by the Australian Federal Police and Australian Border Force, are conducting extensive searches and inquiries at airports and ports, as well as other transportation routes across NSW and Australia.

Those inquiries revealed Mostafa may have been travelling eastbound in a black Range Rover with at least two other men on the M4 near Croydon about 2.30am yesterday (Tuesday 26 October 2021).

Police are appealing for dashcam or information about the movement of this vehicle – which has Queensland registration 861CU3 – between Monday and about 7.20am today (Wednesday 27 October 2021), when the vehicle was located and seized by investigators.

Mostafa is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 180cm tall, of a muscular build, with black hair, brown eyes and unshaven.

He was last seen wearing a white Nike t-shirt, black Nike shorts and white Nike sneakers.

Anyone who sights Mostafa, or who has information about his whereabouts, is urged not to approach him, and to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
