Launceston Detectives searched a residence in Charles Street, Cressy yesterday and recovered a stolen vehicle valued at more than $80,000, Tasmania Police say.
This vehicle was the orange 1976 Holden Torana SS hatchback, which had been stolen from a locked garage on Bowen Avenue, Trevallyn in the early hours of Saturday 14 January 2017.
Investigations continue into who stole the vehicle and police would like to thank members of the public for the assistance they have provided leading to this prized vehicle being located.
