Police release CCTV images after wallet stolen in Eastwood

Police have released CCTV images and are appealing for public assistance after a stealing at a club in Eastwood in July, NSW Police say.

About 4:20pm on Tuesday 25th of July, 2017, a man picked up a wallet whilst at a club on Hillview Street, before leaving the club.

Police allege a credit card from the wallet was later used at a nearby liquor store.

Police attached to the Ryde Local Area Command have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The man depicted is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 45-50 years old, about 180cm -185cm tall, of medium build, and with short brown hair.

He was wearing a maroon and white Manly Sea Eagles hooded jumper, denim jeans, white sneakers, and sunglasses on his head.

Officers are urging anyone with information, or anyone who recognises the man in the images, to contact Crime Stoppers.
