Police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Hurstbridge

Police are investigating following a fatal motorcycle crash in Hurstbridge on Thursday 8 September.

Emergency services were called to Heidelberg-Kinglake Road to reports a motorcycle had crashed into a tree about 5.50am.

The male rider, who is yet to be formally identified, was treated by paramedics but sadly died at the scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
