Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Toowoomba 31 July

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash in Toowoomba yesterday, July 30.

Just before 5pm, a white Toyota Landcruiser travelling south on Toowoomba Karara Road in Wyreema crashed into a silver Toyota Aurion travelling north.

The driver of the Landcruiser, a 37-year-old Felton woman, and three passengers, children aged three, four and six were transported to Toowoomba Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Aurion, a 57-year-old Wyreema woman, died at the scene.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.
