Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Maryborough

A man has died in a single vehicle traffic crash in Teddington overnight.

Preliminary inquiries indicate at 11.15pm a car was travelling on Teddington Road when it has left the roadway and hit a tree.

The driver, a 75-year-old Bidwill man, died at the scene.

A 66-year-old Bidwill woman who was a passenger, was transported to the Hervey Bay Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigations are ongoing.
