The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at Griffin this morning, 20 November.
Around 5.40am, police and emergency services were called to the southbound lanes of the Bruce Highway between Anzac Avenue and Dohles Rocks Road following reports of a crash involving a grey Suzuki GS500 motorcycle and a white Hino truck.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 35-year-old Burpengary East man, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the truck, a 43-year-old Burpengary man, was not physically injured.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have dashcam or information to contact them.
Investigations are ongoing.
