Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Aspley

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal traffic crash in Aspley last night, 25 April.

Emergency services attended Gympie Road at approximately 7.11pm after a Nissan Pulsar sedan left the road and struck a power pole.

The driver of the Nissan, a 75-year-old Carseldine man, sustained critical injuries and was treated on scene but was declared deceased a short time later.

Anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
