Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Euleilah

A man has died following a single vehicle crash at Euleilah overnight.

Around 5.30pm a 69-year-old Deepwater man was driving along Hills Road when his vehicle left the road, colliding with a tree.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was flown by rescue helicopter to Bundaberg Hospital with critical injuries and has subsequently passed away.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and appealing for anyone with dash cam vision who may have been in the area at the time to contact police.
