Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Woolloongabba

The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) is investigating after a man died following a crash at South Brisbane earlier today (May 27).

Initial investigations indicate around 4pm, a cyclist and a bus collided at the intersection of Gillingham and O'Keefe Streets, Woolloongabba.

Queensland Ambulance Service personnel administered first aid to the cyclist, however the 20-year-old Greenslopes man died at the scene.

The bus driver, a 66-year-old Carina man, did not sustain any physical injuries.

FCU investigations are continuing.
