Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal single vehicle traffic crash at Epsom today (January 8).
Initial investigations indicate a truck lost control as it was travelling along the Peak Downs Highway and rolled into the embankment around 12:20pm.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 39- year-old Richmond man, suffered life threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and anyone who may have information or witnessed the crash is urged to come forward.
Investigations are continuing.
