A man has died and another is seriously injured following a traffic incident in Elanora last night.
Just before 9pm, police were called to the intersection of Doubleview Drive and Attandale Street following reports two men had been run over by a vehicle.
Initial reports suggest the men were on the roadway at the time of the incident.
A 25-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene while another 25-year-old man was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital with serious injuries.
The 33-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was not physically injured.
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
