Police responding to serious traffic crash at Alderley

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious traffic crash at Alderley this morning (February 4).

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 10.10am on Enoggera Road, a crash has occurred between a motorcycle and a truck.

A 54-year-old Annerley woman, a pillion passenger on the motorcycle, was transported in a critical condition to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

A 52-year-old East Brisbane man, the rider of the motorcycle, was transported in a stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

A 58-year-old Ellen Grove man, the driver and sole occupant of the truck, was not physically injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Police appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
