Police are investigating a traffic crash at Muriel Avenue on-ramp leading to Ipswich Road, Moorooka after a collision between a pushbike and a black Mazda around 8am today.
A 78-year-old Sunny Bank Hills man was taken to taken to hospital in a critical condition after receiving significant head injuries.
Police are urging anyone who may have dash cam footage or who may of seen the accident to contact them.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the accident.
