Police are investigating a serious traffic crash in Broadbeach early this morning, 24 August.
About 3.25am, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of the Gold Coast Highway and Victoria to reports a silver Mitsubishi Triton, travelling southbound, has struck a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 30-year-old Burleigh Waters man was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Triton, a 17-year-old Nerang man, is assisting police with their investigations.
