Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 19-year-old Hayley Brittain.
Hayley was last seen in the vicinity of the Dandenong hospital on 3 May.
Police hold concerns for Hayley's welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time she's been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Hayley in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent the Dandenong and Noble Park areas.
Anyone who sees Hayley is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
