Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Avondale Heights man Gino.
The 48-year-old was last seen leaving the Royal Melbourne Hospital about 2.50pm yesterday.
Police hold concerns for Gino due to a medical condition.
An image of Gino has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Gino or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Melbourne North Police Station on 8379 0800.
