Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Broadmeadows teenager Emiliano Ioapo.
The 14-year-old was last seen on Cooper Street, Epping about 12pm on 11 April.
Police and family hold concerns for Emiliano's welfare as he has a medical condition which requires treatment.
Emiliano is described as 190cm tall with a solid build and was last seen wearing a black jumper, an orange t-shirt and dark coloured pants.
He is known to frequent the Broadmeadows and Craigieburn areas.
Police have released an image of Emiliano in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Emiliano is urged to contact Broadmeadows Police Station on 9302 8233.
