Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cranbourne man Zeljko.
The 49-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Commercial Road in Melbourne around 10.30am today.
Police and family are concerned as Zeljko has complex medical conditions and requires medication.
Zeljko is about 190cm tall, with a solid build, short brown hair, brown eyes and tanned skin.
He was last seen wearing a plain black t-shirt, black zip hoodie, dark trousers, and brown sandals.
Police have released an image of Zeljko in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He may be in the Dandenong, Melbourne or Cranbourne areas.
