Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Alizay.
The 12-year-old was last seen in Hay Avenue in Wangaratta around 2am on Sunday 20 February.
Police and family have concerns for Alizay because of her age and a medical condition.
Alizay is described as Caucasian, approximately 155cm tall, with a fair complexion, slim build, and shoulder length light brown har.
She was last seen wearing a purple long sleeved top and matching pants, and no shoes.
Police have released an image of Alizay and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Wangaratta Police Station on (03) 5723 0888
