Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old girl J'alyana.
She was last seen in Sarah Street, Sunshine West about 5pm on 11 May.
Police and family are concerned for her due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of J'alyana in the hope can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
