Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Werribee girl Maddison.
The 12-year-old was last seen on Pelican Place about 8.15pm on Saturday, 11 June.
Police and family have concerns for Maddison's welfare due to her age and her disappearance being out of character.
Investigators have released an image of Maddison in the hope someone recognises her or has information on her whereabouts.
Maddison is about 160cm tall, of medium build with long dark hair.
She was last seen wearing black track pants, a grey Everlast hoodie and black sneakers with white soles.
