Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Taylor.
The 12-year-old was last seen in Rosedale about 2.30pm.
She is described as having sandy blonde shoulder length hair and was wearing blue bike shorts, t-shirt and no shoes.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and medical condition.
Anyone who sights Taylor is urged to contact Rosedale Police Station on 5199 2222.
