Police search for missing man Roland

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bayswater man Roland.

The 80-year-old was last seen leaving his Bayswater home at 9.42am today.

Police hold concerns for Roland's welfare as he has dementia.

Roland is described as having a skinny build, bald head and is quite frail.

He was last seen wearing a dark brown t-shirt, grey and brown jacket, dark tracksuit pants and tan shoes.

It is believed Roland could be in the Mount Waverley and Box Hill areas.

Police have released an image of Roland in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.

Anyone who sights Roland is urged to contact Boronia Police Station on 9760 6600.
