Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Echuca man Aaron Johnson.
The 24-year-old was last seen when he attended an appointment in Echuca about 10am today.
Police and family hold concerns for Aaron's welfare as he has several medical conditions that require medication.
Police have released an image of Aaron in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Aaron or with information is urged to contact Echuca Police Station on 5483 1500.
