Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 34-year-old Anthony Nguyen.
Anthony was last seen at an address on Cleeland Street, Dandenong, in the vicinity of Dandenong Hospital, at 11.45am on 24 February.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Anthony was last seen wearing a grey jumper, blue jeans and runners.
Police have also released an image of Anthony in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Investigators believe Anthony may be in the Endeavour Hills area.
Anyone with information about Anthony is asked to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
