Police search for missing man at Palm Island

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man reported missing on Palm Island.

Hedley Thompson, 45, was last seen on Monday February 11 at a Cooktown Street residence and has not been seen or heard from since.

Officers and Hedley's family hold concerns for his wellbeing as he suffers from a medical condition.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Thompson or has any information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
