Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Benjamin.
The 47-year-old was last seen in Melton South about 5pm on 23 June.
He is described as 183cm tall with long brown curly hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and tracksuit pants.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication.
An image of Benjamin has been released and we urge anyone with information to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
