Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Clyde North man Christopher.
The 31-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Clayton Road, Clayton about 9.10pm on 23 January.
Police have concerns for Christopher's welfare due to a medical condition.
He is possibly in the Sunshine area.
Police have released an image of Christopher in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Christopher or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Oakleigh Police on 95678900.
