Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing East Bendigo man, John Spencer.
John was last seen about four weeks ago in Strathdale.
Police and John's family hold concerns for his welfare as the 53-year-old suffers a medical condition requiring medication.
John is described as of Caucasian appearance, 194cm tall, solid build with grey balding hair.
It's believed he may be in the Warrnambool area.
Investigators have released an image of John in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen John or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
