Police are seeking assistance to help locate missing Preston man Jye Plitt.
The 20-year-old was last seen at a train station in Preston on 23 October at about 8.30pm.
Police and family hold concerns for Jye's welfare due to a medical condition.
Jye is Caucasian, about 175cm tall, has a thin build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded raincoat, black and grey cargo pants in a camouflage print, red and black Nike runners and black sunglasses.
Jye is known to frequent the Doveton area.
Police have released a photograph of Jye in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who has seen Jye or has information on his whereabouts is urged to call Preston Police Station on 9479 6111.
