Police search for missing man Konstantdinos

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Konstantdinos.

The 84-year-old, who is also referred to as Con, was last seen at St Vincent's Hospital on Saturday 18 December where he was being treated for a medical condition.

Police are concerned for Con's welfare due to his age and as he requires medical treatment.

Con left the hospital with a brown paper bag containing personal items including his driver's licence, but he does not have a phone or any access to money.

It is not known where Con is headed.

Police have released an image of Con in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.

Con is described as about 165cm tall with olive skin and grey thinning hair.

Anyone who sites Con is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or with information about his whereabouts is urged to call Fitzroy Police Station on 9934 6400.
