Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Delahey man, Milan.
The 74-year-old was last seen leaving a hospital on Furlong Road in St Albans about 3.52pm yesterday.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and pants, using a walking stick.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has serious medical conditions that require medication and treatment.
Police have released an image of Milan and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
