Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brighton East man Neil.
The 49-year-old was last seen in Hampton Street, Brighton about 7pm on 24 November.
Police and family are concerned for Neil's welfare as he has a medical condition.
He is Caucasian, about 184cm tall, solid build with dark brown hair and beard.
Neil may be travelling in a 2011 silver Jeep Wrangler with registration ZOP-805.
Investigators have released an image of Neil in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
