Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brookfield man Stephen.
The 46-year-old was last seen leaving a Clarkes Road address on 28 March, about 2pm.
Police and family have concerns for Stephen's welfare due to a medical condition that requires a carer.
Stephen is described as being 182cms tall, of slim build with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, a black hat, and blue jeans.
Police have released an image of Stephen in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
