Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 26-year-old Stuart Owen.
Stuart was last seen at a health facility in Cooper Street, Epping about 3pm on Wednesday.
Police and family have concerns for Stuart's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Stuart in the hope that someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Stuart is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
